WHAT YOU ARE BUYING

You are buying a young, well established plant, whose size will vary depending on variety and type - mini, semi-mini or standard. Plant size will vary depending on growing habits, variety characteristics and availability. Listing photo may or may not reflect the size of the plant you will receive but is shown as an example of the beauty of variety. Plants may or may not be in bloom when received.

SHIPPING

We recommend choosing priority express as your shipping option from November-March- this is GUARANTEED delivery. If you choose priority mail as your shipping option, please expect delays in the Winter season. We only ship when we feel that we can get your plants to you safely. We highly recommend adding a heat pack to your order if your temperatures are below 40 degrees. Plants will be shipped Monday through Wednesday and some Saturdays, following receipt of payment.

REFUND POLICY

While we do our very best to pack plants carefully to avoid damage, minor damage may occur in transit. This is sometimes unavoidable as boxes are routinely rolled, tumbled, and thrown by the postal service during shipping. Therefore, you might occasionally have a broken leaf or some soil on the leaves. This is not damage. To file a claim for damaged plants, please email us a photo of the plant (in its original pot with tags), packing materials, and box within 3 DAYS  of the delivery date. If your claim is approved, you will receive a refund for the purchase price. Please keep in mind it may take a few days for your credit to reach your original form of payment. No refunds will be given for the shipping unless you chose the express delivery option.
